Little kid eating that slice of cake like it's a sandwich, lmao 🤣
Interesting that even by 1953 not every American had a car and a tv, considering Dan was using a radio and the train
Is Dan's last name Holly? Because all of the male relatives look like Buddy Holly
Only a couple days on the farm (minus travel time) and they're letting him driving a tractor already? Talk about "What could go wrong?"...
Actually they only let him drive the tractor that Saturday. He said he only had the weekend to visit them and he sure wasn't going to do any tractoring on the Sabbath

Joe wins short tie contest 😺
1$t comment. Glad I didn’t live in the 40s and had to watch this suboptimal trash 😺
Saw this on TCM. This Chef is awesome! I wish I could find some of these tools!! Mostly, I wish I could find the Sarah Bernhardt cutter! I looked it up and couldn’t find it! 😿
I say we build the dam
This is so true! I can so relate to the dialogues in the early minutes of these videos, glad to find people who thinks that way too. Visualizing and picturing what’s happening in the book helps me read better too 🙌🏻
A tax dodge😺
I think you're pulling my leg.
ZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzLOL just kidding 😂
0:17 0:23 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Were ads this long? 🤯
Never belonged to any clique. Wasnt interested so much into what the others did, and they treated me by expelling me from the social get Togethers.. not directly bullying, but close enough. Tried it many times, never could get a grip with "gangs". So my social skills are basic and I'd rather enjoy my own company. Took me a long time to accept I wont be like the "others". You dont have to be, but it can make life a lot Harder. I feel the girl.
Great
Like a Twilight Zone Christmas special
Interesting how so many grandparents back in the fifties still had farms. My grandpa had a big garden but not a farm. Today's boomer grandparents travel the world and sit on their smartphones
Why is Jane wearing a wool sweater in June? She must be boiling
Because Grandma is cold and if she's cold you need a sweater!! And then it's your fault that you forgot it when you had to take it off or die from the heat....
@@robotrix lol
Very important
It's sad the boys who park with her face no consequences disgusting
Gee kids, watch out for guys that look like Ed Wood in the alley, if you get mt drift,
Future Serial Killers of America So when did Mom tan his hide for eating the ice cream she needed for the party?
I love this so much. This is so me. I am the mom.
I remember watching this in elementary school. I also remember watching live-action b&w films of other Aesop stories with the fox as the main character.
I need money for "school supplies" (lol)
Food, drinks, and live animals are strictly verboten on school buses.
"Coming up next, The Patty Duke Show, followed by Shindig!"
Man, the kid has to pay for his own school supplies and milk? No wonder Dad is rolling in the dough 😅
I know when I was growing up in the late 50s/early 60s, my family paid for my school supplies and my lunch.
This film is a remake of an earlier film! Your Thrift Habits (1948): ua-cam.com/video/wvILxoZ8yiI/v-deo.html
Dating seemed so much easyer back then then being in this stupid times were in.
Marion does have a social group, just not the popular kids. She should focus on her friends like the girls she was sitting with at the beginning of the film😊
The perfect body took me out..
Fun fact: Judy (actually spelled Judie) is my grandmother! Not so fun fact: she can’t stomach milk now even to this day because this was such a gross and exhausting experience lol, she learned too much.
I love these videos these are very useful Please upload more videos on reading and writing skills
OMG what a dream dad! I am gen x and I swear my father has shown no interest in anything I have ever done socially, and whether or not I was alright or left out.
Is that Carol Burnett (Marion) at 3:54 ?
Doge
Bed monster 👹👹👹🛏🛏🛏🛏🛏😱😱😱
How to manipulate people by acting nice? Heh seriously though it would be nice if life were more simple like this, life has gotten so complicated and confusing with human interactions, much of this clip is actually good advice on having decent manners, which is something often lacking these days..
im so glad, I came across this channel. It's wonderful!
Bill is just like Sonic, afraid of the water.
I want a documentary on Bunny's mother, she's a hoot
Love the music, where can I find it? and RIP Tom
These videos are very informative I am loving it
Can the Dewey system be any more confusing ? No wonder I flunked out of Cooley hi . Guess I shoulda paid more attention to this instead of Sharon Gunn 😺
In high school I was not a central figure in the most popular group, but I had friends and dates. However, I secretly longed to be one of the really popular girls, the ones who held the top spots like head cheerleader and homecoming queen. Funny thing happened many years later when I was going through my divorce and I started going to social dances. All of a sudden I WAS the homecoming queen. I guess it was finally my turn, and I enjoyed every minute of it!
